1 Deep Dish Pie Crust
4 or more slices lean bacon
1 onion - thin sliced
1 C Swiss cheese grated
4 eggs lightly beaten
2 C TABLE CREAM (1/2 and 1/2)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie crust on baking sheet and bake 450º/ 5 min.
Cook bacon - Pour off all but 1 tsp. grease
Sauté onion - Place bacon in pie shell
Add onion and cheese plus 1/4 C parmesan
Mix beaten egg, milk, spices with whisk
Pour over bacon and cheese
Bake 450º- 15 minutes (350º- 10- 20 m)
