Ingredients:  
1- (10 1/2 oz) can beef consommé, undiluted
1- (10 1/2 oz) can French onion soup, undiluted
2 T butter or margarine, melted
2 C uncooked long grain rice
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C golden raisins
1/2 C chopped cashews
1 T butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups, 2 T butter, and rice in lightly greased 10x6x2 baking dish
Cover and bake at 350º- 45 minutes or until liquid absorbed
Sauté onion, raisins, and cashews in 1 T butter until onions tender
Sprinkle over cooked rice
