1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 Tbs Veg Oil
4 Tbs Butter
4 Tbs Flour
3 Cups Milk
1 14 oz can Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Black Pepper (to taste)

Bow Tie Pasta Cooked (or Your choice of pasta)

Directions:
Directions:
Place oil in a large fry pan. Add chicken and cook over medium heat about 10 min or until no longer pink inside. Set aside to cool slightly. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Cook and drain your pasta. Melt your butter in large fry pan. Add flour to make a roux. Add milk. Add chicken broth. Stirring until smooth. Add your
cheese, mixing again until smooth. Add cooked cubed chicken and cooked drained pasta. Cook until heated through and sauce thickens.
