1 medium to large roast (rump or eye of the round)
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Cooking oil
Water

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown the meat on both sides just to sear it. Place in a large crockpot or slow cooker and sprinkle dry soup mix on top. Pour a little bit of cooking oil or olive oil over the top and add about a cup or so of warm water. Cook on the high setting for about an hour, then turn to low setting and cook for 8-10 hours. Roast should be very tender and come apart with a fork.
