1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 large pkg of mixed frozen vegetables
Beef boullion cubes
1 pkg cut frozen okra
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb of sautéed ground beef or chuck

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large soup pot with about 1/3 or more of water. Add two beef boullion cubes, salt and pepper and bring to a boil on top of stove. Add frozen vegetables and large can of tomatoes and bring back to a boil, then simmer on low heat until vegetables are tender. Add cooked and drained ground beef and stir well for last ten minutes of cooking. Cooked and drained noodles can also be added when soup is done if desired.
