1 pkg of refrigerator canned biscuits
1 can of apricot or apple pie filling (seasoned)

Directions:
Break open biscuit can and separate biscuits. Take each one and roll into a flat circle on a floured surface. Spoon filling onto one side of circle and fold other side over to form a half circle. Seal edges with a fork or fingers. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet on top of stove and gently fry on both sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm by themselves or with a topping of your choice.

These were a specialty of Memmie (grandmother Burrage). She made the dough from scratch but used this method in later years for convenience.
