Russet potatoes - enough for your family
Diced sweet pickles ( may substitute dill pickles)
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Boiled egg - 1 or 2
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into one-inch cubes. Cover with water and boil until tender. Drain potatoes in collander until all water is gone and they are fairly dry. Put in serving bowl and mix in pickle relish, about a teaspoon of yellow mustard, enough mayonnaise to mix well, and chopped boiled eggs, and salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix until all ingredients are mixed and serve warm.
