Large pan of cooked cornbread
1/2 pkg of Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
1 pkg chopped frozen celery
1 pkg chopped frozen onion
3-4 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Rubbed Sage ( most important ) about 2t
Broth from cooked turkey + extra canned chicken broth if needed

Directions:

In extra large bowl break up cornbread into a fine crumble and add the herb stuffing mix. Mix well and add eggs, salt and pepper, and sage. Boil celery and onions in broth for a few minutes until tender but not mushy. Add to dry mixture and adjust broth to make it fairly wet. Hot water can be added if the mixture appears too greasy. Taste mixture and add more sage if needed. Pour mixture into a large oblong baking pan and cook at 350 degrees until lightly browned on top. Serve with turkey and gravy.
