½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated cheese (locatelli)
½ cup olive oil
24 button mushrooms (white)
Salt
pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towel. Take off stems. Place mushrooms stem side up in baking dish. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley in a bowl. Add oil to the breadcrumb mixture, and combine. Stuff breadcrumb mixture into mushroom cavity. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until soft and brown.


I like to add toasted pine nuts, and sauteed onions on occassion.
