2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cups cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients - put water in last ( it is a very loose batter). Pour into 2 round cake pans. Line the pans with parchment paper or it will stick!! Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
