Chicken parts skin on
lemon juice
lemon zest
olive oil
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook at 350 in oven.
Put chicken in oven. Let cook. Mix lemon juice with olive oil and lemon zest and minced parsley in cup. When chicken is almost done (Grandma said done) pour mixture on chicken and put back in oven (raise temperature) until it crisps. Watch carefully. This makes a crispy chicken. Use the leftover juice from the bottom as a sauce.

I got this from Grandma over the phone. She said don't take the skin off it dries the chicken out, and "a drop of olive oil goes a long way". Apparently everyone would dip their bread in the lemon sauce.
