2 cans minced clams
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. butter
1 medium yellow onion
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup green pepper (optional )
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 dash tabasco
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
parmiggiano and paprika for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer clams, their juice with 1 tsp. lemon juice in saucepan no more than 15 min. Don't dry up.
In another pan simmer onions garlic, pepper, parsley, oregano, tobasco in 1/4 lb. butter until soft.
Combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs . Add more crumbs if too liquidy. Taste and add more tobasco or seasoning if needed. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with parmiggiano and paprika
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with shrimp chips or crackers.
