1/3 Cup Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
3-8oz. Cream Cheese
1 Bag Mini- Chocolate Chips

Batter:
1/2 Cup Cocoa 2 Cups Water
1 tsp Salt 2/3 Cup Oil
2 Cups Sugar 2 Tbs Vinegar
2 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside. Mix the rest of ingredients in another bowl. Pour first set of ingredients in bottom of mini cup cake holders, top with second batter.
Bake at 350 for 30- 35 min
