1 lb Sultana raisins
1/2 lb red and green cherries
2/3 c peel
1 - 16 oz can crushed pineapple

Mix together and let stand over night. In the morning, dust 1/2 c flour over them.
Cream 3/4 c butter, add gradually 1 c sugar, 3 eggs, (1 at a time), beat after each addition, add slowly 2 1/4 c flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt. Mix all together, stir in fruit mixture.

Bake in moderate oven 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
