1 pkg (16 oz) tube pasta
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1 block (4 oz) provolone cheese, cubed
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 medium onion, very finely chopped
1 can (14 oz) black olives, drained

Dressing:
2/3 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
3 tsp dried basil OR 2 T minced fresh basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T Dijon mustard
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place in salads bowl and veggies, cheese and olives.

In a blender, combine the dressing ingredients cover and process until blended. Pour over pasta mixture and toss. Refrigerate.

Serves: 12

You can use what ever vegetable combination you like. Leave out, put more in, use what ever you have on hand or fresh from the garden.
