1 chicken boiler/fryer, cut up
salt & pepper
flour
salad oil
1c. un-drained crushed pineapple
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, brown in oil. Drain off excess oil.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
