1/2 cup mayo
1 can cream of celery soup reserving 1/4 cup for sauce at end
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. canned salmon (removed bones)
1 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

350º oven preheated. Spray a loaf pan with Pam or similar
remove bones and skin from salmon. combine other ingredients and mix well. put all into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Add enough milk to the remaining celery soup to make a sauce to pour over baked loaf.
