Lemon Zest - 3 to 4 tbsp
lemon juice - 1/2 cup about 4 to 6 lemons
sugar - 1 and 1/2 cup
butter - 6 tbsp
eggs - 3 beaten

Directions:
In a medium saucepan over med to high heat, combine lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar. bring to a boil, reduce heat to med low and simmer 5 minutes. add butter and stir until melted. remove from heat and serve warm
