1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves crushed garlic
1--1/2 cups water
1-15 oz can tomato sauce
1- 15 oz can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup elbow macaroni
4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large sauce pan. Add onions and crushed garlic. Cook until onions soften and become transparent. Add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce and all other seasonings. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add macaroni and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Stir in cubed Velveeta and stir until melted and combined.
