1 can tuna
2 T "just a little kick" SW chia dressing
1 lg tomato, diced celery
Avocado slices
Lettuce
Bread

Just a little Kick Southwestern chia dressing
Mix together:
1/4 c low fat plain yogurt
1/4 c sour cream
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 T chili sauce
Squirt of lemon juice
Dash of chili powder
1 t dry chia seeds

Directions:

Combine drained tuna with dressing. Add diced celery. Use remainder to make sandwich with tuna mixture.
