16 oz can of Refried Beans
16 oz Guacamole
24 oz Sour Cream
Package of Taco Seasoning Mix
Mild Cheddar Cheese
2.25 oz can of sliced Black Olives
Green Onion
1 Roma Tomato

1 Bag of Tostitos Scoops Chips

Using a 9 x 9 baking dish, evenly spread the Refried beans. Next spread the Guacamole on top of the Refried Beans. In a separate bowl mix the Sour Cream along with about 2 tbsp of Taco Seasoning. Taste it. If you like more of a kick add more taco seasoning. Add the Sour Cream mixture evenly on top of the Guacamole. Add Mild Cheddar cheese to cover Sour Cream. Cut up the Roma Tomato into small chunks. I do not use the center of the tomato or the juicy part. Add Black Olives and chopped Green onion to your desire. Let set for 2 hours in refrigerator. Scoop with Tostitos scoops chips.
