2 cans refried beans
3 avocados, mashed with lemon juice
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped [remove seeds]
1 lbs. grated cheddar cheese
1-1/2 c. Miracle Whip® (Lite)
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can ripe olives, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté a little chopped onion in 1/2 stick butter. Add 2 cans beans and heat through. Let completely cool. Mix Miracle Whip®, sour cream and taco seasoning. Be sure to remove seeds fro tomatoes before chopping.

Layer in 9" x 13" dish:
1. Refried beans; sprinkled with picante sauce
2. Avocados
3. Sour Cream
4. Onions
5. Tomatoes
6. Olives
7. Grated Cheese

Keep refrigerated! It makes a lot!
