Make the cheesecake by using:

1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
2-2/3 cups powdered milk (1-1/2 non-instant milk powder)
1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend until smooth and use this as your pie filling. It's rich, so don't make the filling too thick.
Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Chill till set. Serve if desired with fruit toppings (cherry, blueberries or strawberries).
