3-4 Avocados, mashed
3 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
Tabasco sauce
1 16 oz. carton sour cream
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning mix - dry
2 cans refried beans
chopped green onions
1/4 C. picante sauce
8 oz. grated cheese (I use Mexican Blend)
2 tomatoes - diced
4 oz. chopped black olives
4 oz. chopped green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Mash avocados. Add 3 T. lemon juice, 1/2 salt and couple of dashes of Tabasco. Set aside.
Add Taco Seasoning mix to carton of sour cream. Mix well. Set aside.
Combine 2 cans of refried beans to 1/4 c. picante sauce and minced green onions. Set aside.

Layer in an 8 x 11 glass Pyrex dish -

Put the bean mixture on bottom.
Then, layer the avocado mixture.
Next, layer the sour cream mixture
On top, put some chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, black onions, green olives.
Layer 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layer of chopped tomatoes, black and green olives and finish with last 1/2 of the grated cheese.
Cover with Saran Wrap and let sit in refrigerator to blend for 4 hours or overnight.
