2 -3 ripe bananas mashed
2 eggs
1 3/4 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 chopped nuts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c oil
1/4 c plus 2 T buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased lg loaf pan or two smaller ones. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or till toothpick come out clean.


To make this extra special add:
Orange glaze

1 c confectioners' sugar
3 T orange juice
1 tsp grated orange peel

After finished baking, whisk the glaze ingredients: drizzle over loaves
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
