2 C sifted flour
2 tsp.baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C margarine or butter
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C blueberries
*1/4 C butter or margarine
*1/2 C sugar
*1/3 C flour
*1 tsp. apple pie spice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients, fold in berries
Place in baking pan and bake at 375
Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top
