1/4 C melted butter
6 T brown sugar
3 T rum
6 med. canned sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 small cans mandarin oranges, diced
2 T butter
2 T brown sugar
1/4 C pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together melted butter and brown sugar - rum and sweet potatoes
Add seasoning and one can mandarin oranges
Mix well - turn into greased casserole dish
Top with remaining mandarin oranges arranged in circular design
Top with pecans, mixed with the remaining butter and brown sugar
Bake at 325 until thoroughly heated and lightly browned on top
