1/2 t. PEPPER
1 LB. TOP ROUND STEAK, CUT INTO 1" PIECES
2 t. OLIVE OIL
1 C. CHOPPED CARROTS
1 C. CHOPPED CELERY
1 ONION, CHOPPED
1 C. BEEF BROTH
2 CANS TOMATO SAUCE
1 t. ITALIAN SEASONING

DREDGE STEAK IN COMBINED FLOUR, GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER.
BROWN STEAK IN HOT OIL OVER MED-HIGH IN
DUTCH OVEN UNTIL LIGHTLY SEARED ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE STEAK.
ADD CARROTS, CELERY, AND ONION AND SAUTE 5 MIN. ADD BROTH, TOMATO SAUCE, AND ITALIAN SEASONING AND STEAK IN DUTCH OVEN.
COVER AND SIMMER 45 MIN. OR UNTIL STEAK AND VEGETABLES ARE TENDER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
