½ cup softened butter or margarine
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter or margarine, peanut butter and the sugars. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually blend into creamed mixture.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes, or just until set. Remove from oven and immediately press a kiss into the centre of each cookie. Press down firmly so cookie cracks around edge.

Brian used to make these with his dad Bernie. They were very particular about the size of the cookies. They should be small.
