Ingredients:  
1 bunch sliced Spanish onion (1/2 C)
1 t olive oil
1 large squash or 4 medium zucchini
Salt to taste
2 C fresh peas or 1 bag of frozen petite peas
2 cans sliced cherry tomatoes or 4 C fresh ripe cut in chunks
1/.2 C fresh parsley
1/3 C basil

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan cook 10 minutes - Spanish onions with olive oil
Add squash (peeled, seeded, chopped) or zucchini (peeled, cut into 1/4's lengthwise and sliced into chunks)
Add salt to taste, cover and cook 10 minutes
Add 2 C fresh peas or 1 bag frozen petite peas
Add tomatoes
Cook uncovered for 5 minutes
Add fresh parsley and basil
Cook uncovered 10 minutes
Serve over 1 1/2 lbs cooked linguine or fettuccine
