Ingredients:  
2 cloves sliced garlic
4 T olive oil
1 large can Italian tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
Salt (to taste)
1 large clove garlic
1 T fresh parsley
Pinch and a half of oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly brown cloves of sliced garlic in olive oil until brown
Remove garlic from oil
Add Italian tomatoes, tomato paste, and salt
Let simmer about 20 minutes
Mince large clove of garlic, parsley, and oregano
Add these just before turning off sauce
Ladle sauce over hot pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccini)
Clams with clam juice can be added to sauce, or add shrimp or crab
