6 large eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 - 4 oz. cans chopped green chilies, UNDRAINED

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place oven rack in center position.
Place square mold on perforated baking sheet.

In mixing bowl, combine eggs, sour cream and salt with the whisk. Stir in cheese and chilies. Pour into molds. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until center is set. Let cool. Invert onto serving tray.
