2 cups Cranberry Juice
2 small packages of Cranberry Jello* into juice while hot
(*Can use Strawberry or Cherry Jello)

12 oz. package of fresh cranberries

MIX IN BIG BOWL:
1 cup chopped celery
2 diced apples (Granny Smith is crisp & tart, but use your favorite)
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS…
*1/2 cup sugar
1 can whole cranberry sauce

MIX IN BLENDER:
Cranberry-Jello mixture and
One 12 oz. package of fresh cranberries

Blend lightly until berries are chopped. Do not over-blend to keep “chunky”.

ADD the Cranberry-Jello mixture into the bowl with the rest of the fruit and mix well.

Refrigerate and enjoy.
