4 pork chops
2/3 cup uncooked rice
1 and 1/2 cup water
1 or 2 cubes beef bouillon
1/3 cup diced green peppers
1/3 cup diced onion (optional)
1 small can mushrooms
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Flour pork chops lightly and brown in cooking oil. Remove and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour over dry rice in fry pan and brown, stirring constantly.
Dissolve bouillon in water. Pour over rice; add all other ingredients, plus 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil. Pour in casserole dish. Place pork chops on top, cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350º.

You could probably cook this in a crock pot on slow for 1 and 1/2 hours. I would check and make sure the meat is tender and done before serving.
