Sirloin steak, trimmed of all fat, you can use a cheaper cut
strips of bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving-size pieces. Wrap 1/2 or 1 strip of bacon around each piece of steak. Put in a casserole (crock pot may be used). Pour soup over steak. Bake in 400º oven, for 1 hour or longer.

If using a crock pot, it may need to cook a little longer.

If you need to, thicken the sauce with flour and add milk for a gravy.

Very simple and delicious.
