1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar (any white vinegar will do)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 and 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt (may use more to taste)
1 (7 ounce) package tortellini pasts (cheese filled)
3/4 cup chopped, unpeeled and seeded cucumber
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 tablespoon dried parsley or 1/4 cup fresh and chopped
1 (2 ounce) jar pimentos, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Combine oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper, sugar, salt and garlic. Set aside. Cook tortellini as directed on package, about 15 minutes. Drain

Toss dressing with pasta. Cool. Gently add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours or overnight. Will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
