4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup dry mashed potato flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towel. Pour melted butter into a 9" x 13" baking pan. Roll chicken breasts in butter in the pan. Turn breasts over and butter chicken again, sprinkle with salt and pepper and potato flakes. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered four about 1 hour or until tender. Do not turn breasts over while cooking.
