1/2 c. wesson oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can shoe peg corn
1 c. diced celery
1 can LaSeur peas
1 can french green beans
1 c. chopped onion
1 sm jar pimento chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients in sauce pan and let come to a boil. Boil for a few minutes then remove from heat and cool. Mix together all veggies and pour the cooked mixture over them. Let marinate in an air tight container at least 24 hours.
