1 small onion finely chopped
5 stalks of celery finely chopped
1 regular size package of Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup of turkey or chicken broth, if more broth is needed - then add it

Directions:
Brown onion and celery in butter. Let this cool before adding to other ingredients. I added thyme thyme to the mixture and salt and pepper to it. In a large bowl, mix the stuffing mixture with the 2 beaten eggs, soup and broth. Mix this well, adding the vegetables and butter mixture. Pour into a greased 9" x 9" casserole and bake at 425º for 25-30 minutes. It should be golden brown and bubbly.
