1 inch grated ginger
2 tblspn sesame seeds
2 tblspn honey

1 tblspn nama shoyu (soy sauce)
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
2 cups snow peas, finely shredded diagonally

Everything in a bowl. Toss by hand. Enjoy!
