One cup raw cashews
Two cups coconut water
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup agave nectar

Directions:
Directions:
One cup coconut meat, tightly packed
1/2 cup raw peanut butter (or raw almond butter)

**To do this, you’ll need to get your hands on 2 – 3 young coconuts and extract the water and coconut meat. You will also need an ice cream maker. It is DEFINITELY worth the effort!!!

Combine all ingredients in your blender. Slowly blend away until smooth. (If the batter seems too thin and watery, you can always add another handful of cashews to thicken it) Then add this ice creamy batter into your ice cream maker. Watch the frozen magic happen. Serve & Enjoy!!!

This raw ice cream is simply the best you will EVER have! It’s rich, creamy, chocolatey, peanut-buttery and amazing. Coconut meat and cashews serve as the base.
