1/2 Lg Carrot
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Water
2 Celery Stalks
1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/3 Cup Sun dried Tomatoes (soaked 30 min)
1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds

Soaked sunflower seeds overnight.
Rinse and drain soaked seeds very well.
Process everything in a food processor to a nice creamy consistency. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Savory and delicious sun dried tomato pate gives a tangy, creamy dip for Krackers or veggies. The key to making this dish the most delicious pate you’ve ever experienced is checking frequently to make sure the consistency isn’t too chunky and add enough lemon juice to give it that kick to go with the KRUNCH!
