1/2 pint of strawberries
2 pitted dates
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 cup water

1/2 cup of lemon balm leaves chopped up small.
1/8 cup of freshly chopped up peppermint leaves

A remedy for tummy upset in children and adults.
An Ice Cream or Sorbet machine is needed

Blend until smooth then add to ice cream/sorbet machine. The consistency ends up being more like shaved ice then sorbet. I know each person is different and many folk want warm or hot liquids when they have a tummy upset. On a hot summer day, this chilling version works exceptionally well.
