1 pound pork sausage
1 (10 ounce) extra sharp grated, cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
3 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick)

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Break sausage into small pieces, combine other ingredients and mix well. Roll into sausage balls. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350º. May be baked and frozen ahead of time.
