Directions:
Add sugar, butter and salt to hot milk and when cooled to lukewarm add yeast, eggs and enough flour to make a stiff batter. Cover and let rise to double in bulk. Mix together cinnamon and sugar. Roll small balls of dough about size of a walnut and dip in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture, then roll in ground nuts. Pile balls loosely in ungreased angel food cake pan and let rise for 30 minutes. bake at 400 º F for 10 minutes and decrease heat to 350 º F and bake 30 minutes or until brown. Turn pan upside down or cut around edge and remove. Serve warm.
The buns will be tucked together and that is the way you serve them. Everyone plucks and pulls his burn from central supply.
Very good served with hot chocolate.
