2 (8 ounce) softened packages cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can crushed, drained pineapple
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, saving 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. Make into a ball and roll in 1 cup chopped pecans.

Serve on crackers.
