Directions:METHOD: Open and squeeze pomegranates into bowl with cut up kale, letting pomegranate juice and seeds spread over kale. Add onion, pepper, thyme to food processor with S-blade and pulse a few times. (By the way, if you don’t have an S-blade, just dice the onion, pepper and thyme into tiny pieces. Anyway you cut it, it’s going to be delicious). Add mixture to kale along with remaining ingredients. Mix well, enjoy!
