One box of each of the following cereal's .
Krispix, Corn chex and rice Chex
1 lb of Pecans( halves)
Karo syrup
brown sugar

pour cereal and Pecans in a large bowl. Set aside

Boil for 5 min. the following ingredients:
2 lb brown sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 lb of butter
3 Tbsp of vanilla
pour over cereal and pecans and stir well to coat Pour on cookie sheets
Bake 1 hr at 200. (stir every 15-20 min) cool and put in sealed container

This stays crisp along time but doesn't stay in the house long as it is better than popcorn.
