graham cracker crust( I make my own)
11/2 cups graham cracker ,1/4 cup sugar,1/3 cup butter. combine ingredients than add melted butter. press in ungreased 9 in pie pan. bake375 for 8 min.
Filling
3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup key lime juice
1 tbsp. grated lime zest (top with little lime wedges)

pre-heat oven to 350 (for filling) In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients added the lime zest last. pour into your crust. Bake in preheated oven for 5-8 min. until tiny pinhole bubbles appear on the surface.DO NOT BROWN ! chill pie thoroughly before serving. Garnish with lime wedges and whipped cream
