1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, and garlic salt
2 (8 oz) cans of tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can chopped tomatoes
Oregano
Basil
1/2 C H2O
2 C wide noodles, cooked
1 - 10 oz package frozen cooked spinach
1 C cottage cheese
1 1/2 T. minced onion
3 T Parmesan
1 C shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with salt, pepper, garlic salt
Add tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and water - simmer 10 minutes
Stir in noodles
Drain spinach and combine with cottage cheese
Place 1/2 meat mix in casserole - top with spinach and then meat mix again
Bake 375 degrees for 12 minutes - Top with cheese (mozzarella and parmesan)
Bake 10 minutes longer
